Our facility may cancel the event in case of heavy rain, lightning, or other such conditions. HOBIE rentals can still operate in rainy weather, but if it is deemed dangerous due to strong winds, typhoons, thunderstorms, etc., the event will be canceled. (Cancellation criteria: wind speed of 7 m or wave height of 1.5 m) We recommend confirming the event status before arriving at the facility.

Depending on the type of boat and seating position, you may get splashed if it’s windy. However, you generally won’t get wet, so you can enjoy the experience in the clothes you arrive in.

If a child is 130 cm or taller, they can ride alone. For children under 130 cm, we request that they be accompanied by a guardian.

Rental is free for children 3 years old and under if they sit on an adult’s lap. As long as they can wear a life jacket, they can ride together with their family.。

We welcome walk-ins on the day, but there is a possibility that you may not be able to participate depending on how crowded it is. Additionally, our facility may cancel the event in case of bad weather (wind speed of 7 m or wave height of 1.5 m), so we recommend confirming the event status and making a reservation in advance.

In the rental tour, you will not fall into the water, but to be prepared for any eventuality, you must wear a life jacket. Depending on the situation, you may be accompanied by a jet ski and staff, or carry a fall detection system. Therefore, even if you are not confident in your swimming ability, you can still participate.

In the unlikely event that you fall, the “fall detection system” provided to you at the time of departure will be activated, and the staff on standby or accompanying you will dispatch a jet ski to rescue you.
